-Damage varies, some minifigures have heel cracks, some have hairline cracks, some have moderate or full cracks, some have minor dings. I would say the figs are definitely still usable and great for display, just not needed by me

-Some pieces could definitely be used for parts to create better condition figs, I personally just dont have those parts
